Over 10 years experience in Executive Search, Jim has worked on numerous assignments for UK Banks and Finance Houses. His own particular niche is in the Leasing & Asset Finance sector where he conducts searches for Board Positions and Strategic Managers.

In addition, he manages the Financial Services division within MBA International.

Prior to starting MBA International, Jim spent 25 years with leading banks both in the UK and overseas where he led numerous Asset Finance programmes including Joint Ventures in the automotive sector. He began his headhunting career with a two year stint with a well known Global Executive Search franchise.

Born and bred in Edinburgh, Jim is a keen golfer and sportsman with a particular interest in football.
